I'd strongly sugest you have a VAR assist you with this upgrade - these are complicated systems and not really designed to be done by customers.
You will need new licensing - not just a license rehost, so discuss that with your cisco account team (not tac - they wont know anything about it), they can also help order the media via PUT. It would be a good time to move them to VM as well (again make sure to a supportable platform). If you are on MCS servers you'll want to make sure your servers are supported -some arent some are.
